Workforce Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Development Specialist to join our team at Towards Employment, a national leader in workforce development. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting people to careers that change lives, advance businesses, and strengthen community in Northeast Ohio.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$105,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program activities, objectives, and outcomes are met or exceeded.
- Oversight of program budgets and management of multiple grants and contracts.
- Communication and relationship-building with funders and partner organizations.
Requirements:
- Three years of program management experience in workforce development; two years of previous experience working with formerly incarcerated individuals preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proficient with computers, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and electronic case management tracking systems.
