Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in helping job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess graduates' placement readiness and provide tailored referrals and support services in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure timely placement and retention of assigned graduates in quality jobs, further education, or training opportunities.
  • Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • One year experience in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24.
  • Current valid Driver's License.
