About the Job

We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team of talented professionals. As a Child Development Specialist, you will work closely with students, families, and school personnel to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support students' academic and personal growth
  • Provide counseling and coaching to students, parents, and teachers to promote positive behaviors and relationships
  • Evaluate and advise on disciplinary practices to ensure they align with students' needs and well-being
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Ohio School Psychologist Certificate K-12 required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Benefits
