Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and underwrite a Middle Market book of business, ensuring accurate and timely decisions.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in P&C Middle Market Broker-facing Carrier Underwriting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think analytically, make recommendations, and propose solutions.

What We Offer

The Hartford offers a competitive annualized base pay range of $95,120 - $178,680, as well as a comprehensive total compensation package, including short-term and annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
