Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual department business plans, budgets, and pro-forma financial projections in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Provide thought leadership and critical thinking across business units, external partners, and vendors to define target market segments, market requirements, and key business strategies.
- Maintain close contact with products, marketing, underwriting, agencies, jewelers, and sales to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and conduct sales proposals and presentations to onboard new clients and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop marketing programs and promotional activities to achieve sales objectives.
- Serve as the product expert supporting corporate actions and operational initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including experience in Logistics or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.
