At Kimberly-Clark Careers, we are committed to developing the next generation of supply chain leaders. Our Supply Chain Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain function and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The program is structured to provide participants with challenging and diverse assignments in three of the four key supply chain functions: Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn our processes and procedures, as well as gain exposure to Safety, Quality, Transportation, LEAN/Operational Excellence, and SAP.
Throughout the program, participants will receive structured personal and professional development sessions, including presentations and networking opportunities with senior supply chain leadership. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into key supply chain roles across Kimberly-Clark's businesses as identified by current business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in rotational assignments in Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution, and Procurement
* Learn and apply our processes and procedures
* Gain exposure to Safety, Quality, Transportation, LEAN/Operational Excellence, and SAP
* Develop key leadership skills and operational knowledge
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field
* Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)
* Ability to relocate within the United States
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and be a fast learner
* Desire to pursue a career in Supply Chain
* Relevant work experience in a previous co-op/internship required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships
* Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Prior experiencing participating in a team environment
* Ability to travel up to 15%
