Lead Children's Center Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Children's Center Coordinator. This role is an integral part of the Children's Ski and Ride School experience, responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our young guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service to children and their families, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Assist with operational responsibilities, including food preparation, registration, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
- Supervise children during lessons and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare snacks and meals for children, adhering to dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the children's center and outdoor teaching areas.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, managers, and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a leadership role and guest service industry preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, and commit to working through to the end of the winter season.
- Successful completion of a background check required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to acquire new software systems quickly.
