Your Role

As a Stio Mountain Studio Retail Lead, you will be part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. You will share responsibility for opening and closing duties, support new employee shift training, and provide leadership in finding solutions for customers. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Team-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude
  • Multitask while prioritizing the customer experience
  • Coordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverage
  • Provide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectations
  • Oversee and support all opening and closing duties in the absence of Managers
  • Utilize point of sale (POS) systems to research products and complete transactions

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday season shifts
  • Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basis
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
  • Computer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
  • Email and phone communication skills required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

The Fine Print

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$24 DOE
  • Full-time weekly hours, hourly, non-exempt
