Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of inclusion and respect
- Provide guidance and support to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, patients, and community partners
- Develop and manage budgets for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion gaps
- Develop and implement training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of our organization
- Master's degree in a related field, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational development, or human resources
- 7 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
