Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional and courteous service to our customers via phone and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
- Working closely with our credit department to resolve disputed credit items
- Performing additional duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
