Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
