Human Resources Manager

Chemours is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our growing Chambers Works and Parlin team. This position will report directly to the Regional HR Leader at our Deepwater, NJ location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Negotiate and administer union/labor collective bargaining agreements.
  • Provide strategic partnership with leadership to support operational discipline and business performance.
  • Assess organization capability and develop succession plans to support current and future business requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a diverse high-talent workforce to support business growth.
  • Provide consulting, coaching, and support to leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with line leadership to implement people-related programs.
  • Proactively seek new ways to deliver improved business results and lead organizational change.
  • Benchmark HR processes and systems to ensure competitiveness and meet employee needs.
  • Continually scan the site environment for organizational growth opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Serve as a responsive HR business partner to address employee relations issues and manage conflict.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of overall HR generalist/operations experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience in a lead HR professional role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Broad experience in developing and implementing change management initiatives and creating organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to set priorities and provide direction through direct and/or influence management as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated capability in the talent development and talent management function.
  • Ability to translate broad HR function direction into clear and actionable leadership initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently as a site HR business partner.
  • High level of personal integrity, ethics, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Industrial or manufacturing operations experience, including handling contract and wage negotiations and other legal employment issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of previous experience serving employees in a multi-shift manufacturing or chemical refining environment.

Pay Range: $105,000 - $164,500.00. Chemours Level: 26. Annual Bonus Target: 11%.
