Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our company's objectives while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Oversee HR priorities across multiple sites, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Advise on and develop programs, processes, and tools that impact organizational performance, conflict management, team building, and workforce planning
  • Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and practices while adapting to site-specific needs and requirements
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of related human resources experience, preferably in a multi-layered manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related discipline
  • Broad knowledge of applicable labor and employment laws and compliance best practices
  • Ability to work with and communicate with all levels and functions in the company as a true business partner
