Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to provide support in employee relations, labor, recruiting, training, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS and payroll systems, as well as experience working with labor groups and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support in employee relations, labor, recruiting, training, and benefits administration
  • Assist management with CBA and policy interpretation, and provide guidance on HR-related procedures and programs
  • Facilitate recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding processes in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Function as local HR contact for communication and implementation of corporate initiatives in the field
  • Advise management on coaching, counseling, and performance management, and conduct internal investigations as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, Master's degree a plus
  • Travel required (50% or more)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll administrative systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of CBAs and experience working with labor groups
  • Experience in supply chain as it relates to distribution and warehousing
  • Bi-lingual language skills, with Spanish being the preferred language of business
