Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Immediate Care Walk In Management LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to our Urgent Care centers in New Jersey and working closely with our Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the administrator for our HRIS system, Paylocity
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with recruiting and scheduling of providers
  • Support Office Managers and new employees with onboarding and orientation
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, voluntary, and 401k plans
  • Maintain licensure and medical malpractice insurance policies for providers
  • Serve as the liaison for employee-related issues and address disputes between employees and management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make decisions, and problem-solve independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
