Role Overview

The Patient Access Team Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the Patient Access department. This position is pivotal in guiding and supporting the team, ensuring that staff members have the resources they need to excel in their roles. The Team Leader will actively monitor patient and family satisfaction, manage staff schedules, and collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Patient Access department.
• Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and enhance patient and family satisfaction levels.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with management to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess flexibility in scheduling and the ability to travel between various sites.
