Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient service and support, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
