Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at Kelly Generator & Equipment in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training on our consultative sales process and have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced sales professionals who will help enhance your natural abilities and cultivate your sales strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge & skills to grow sales territory by 20% year over year and to improve margins by 3%.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and provide accurate quotes.
- Follow-up on outstanding opportunities within the power generation market.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with other colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in direct or outside sales a plus.
- College education is not required, but it is a plus. High school diploma or Vo-Tech certificate will be considered.
Physical Requirements:
- Must live in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Must be able to travel locally.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
