About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Innovation Works. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and grow revenue
  • Build relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of small business operations and the ability to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
