Job Summary

Pikemann is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist for Point of Sale Systems, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and ensuring the smooth operation of our POS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service support requests with precision, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for POS systems, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Offer exceptional 1st and 2nd level support to our operations team, providing expert guidance and assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the Food Service or Hospitality Industry, with a strong understanding of POS systems and technical support.
  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with API support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proven track record of POS hardware/software installation and maintenance, with experience in network TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Windows Embedded systems, with the ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
