Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team at Labelmaster. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with software implementation and configuration
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support content
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- 2+ years of CRM experience
- Proficient in software development languages (e.g. JSON, XML, Python, SQL)
- Experience with API support tools (e.g. Postman, SoapUI)
