A global coffeehouse chain in the US is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide remote technical support for in-store issues.

This role will serve as the first point of contact within the Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) for information systems user problems, responding to routine hardware/software issues and questions related to Point of Sale (POS) and End-User Support (EUS).

The successful candidate will work in a metrics-based, fast-paced environment, primarily providing over-the-phone support.

Key Responsibilities:
