Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician - Drain Scupper to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on roadways, including cleaning and inspecting drainage systems, repairing potholes, and applying sealants.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as bucket trucks and aerial lifts, to access and repair drainage systems.
  • Transport crew and equipment to work sites, ensuring timely and safe completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required; CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
  • Ability to pass Advanced MOT Certification and work at heights; basic knowledge of technology and smartphones preferred.
Work Environment

As a Road Maintenance Technician - Drain Scupper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic, weather conditions, and physical demands. You will be required to stand, sit, walk, and use manual and powered tools and equipment, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
