About the Role:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing general clerical duties.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensure accurate record-keeping, and implement efficient office procedures.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, events, and meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 2+ years of Administrative Experience: Required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Required.
