Santa Clara Pueblo Administrative is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Supervise staff, including delegation of work, corrective action, and discipline
- Develop and implement office management and operational procedures
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute minutes to appropriate personnel
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for program staff as needed
Requirements
- AA degree in Accounting or related field plus two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
