Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and other office staff.
- Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment, including scheduling repairs and maintenance.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and editing documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Filing and organizing documents, records, and other materials.
- Providing general support to attorneys and other office staff as needed.
- Supporting HR functions, including benefits administration, employee records, and new hire onboarding.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications or training courses in office administration, bookkeeping, or related fields are a plus.
