About the Role

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Gathering, Organizing, and Indexing: Collect, sort, and index documents from various sources, ensuring they are accurately labeled and stored.
  • Document Processing: Compile, divide, and coordinate with vendors to process voluminous documents.
  • Mail and Document Coordination: Assist with processing in-bound and out-bound mail, and coordinate with other office staff to ensure timely and accurate handling.
  • Scanning and Storage: Scan, save, and calendar documents, and maintain a designated storage area for easy retrieval.
  • Confidentiality and Destruction: Handle confidential documents and adhere to document destruction policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with managers, attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document management.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and document handling roles.
  • Basic Claims Knowledge: Familiarity with basic claims and staff counsel procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
