About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. As a Dynamic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Working closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or logistics.
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong drive to succeed.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commissions potential, with the opportunity to earn $100,000 or more in the first year.
