Location: Warwick, RI Office
Compensation: $20- $24 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Based on Experience

Qualifications
Excel as a Patient Intake Specialist
If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to connect with you:
- At least one year of experience in home care, hospice, or personal care services is preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred
- Experience with various healthcare payors, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors, is preferred
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to put callers at ease and foster open communication regarding client needs, while maintaining composure in challenging situations
