We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team at Desert IT Solutions. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
This role involves working as part of a team to provide 24/7 technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will also be required to work with various stakeholders to identify and resolve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems
* Document all work performed through a ticket tracking system
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
