Technical Support Data Analyst Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at Tillster, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, technical support, and software development. This role involves working collaboratively with other departments to identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes.
About the Role:
- Identify requirements for Support processes and reports by establishing personal rapport with other employees.
- Analyze requirements and prepare a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities.
- Program by encoding project requirements in computer language and entering coded information.
- Conduct tests and modify program sequence and/or codes as needed.
- Provide reference for use of computers by writing and maintaining user documentation.
- Maintain computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Help establish, analyze, and maintain internal Support KPI's to ensure optimal performance of Support employees, tools, and workflow processes.
- Protect operations by keeping needed information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Data.
- 3+ years progressive software design, development, and debugging experience.
- 2+ years of programming experience.
- 1+ year of database development and data analyst experience.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
- Some technical writing experience to write needed technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Success at small to medium B2B companies.
- Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships with other employees and create strategic relationships.
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
- Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
- Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits.
- Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years.
