Job Summary
As a key member of the FullShift Staffing, LLC team, the Interim Director of Nursing will oversee the administration and management of Nursing Services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor implementation.
- Participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
- Lead daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status and census changes.
- Ensure delivery of quality care and nursing supervision.
Requirements
- Current RN/LPN license in the state practiced.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
- Five years in long-term or acute healthcare preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
