Job Title: Small Projects HVAC Estimator
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HVAC Estimator to join our team at Perfectemp, Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for estimating, executing, and managing service projects to ensure timely completion and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project estimates, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and field support staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Oversee equipment, materials, and subcontractor orders, ensuring timely receipt and approval of payments.
  • Recommend solutions for change orders and ensure quality standards are met for all projects.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Manage project databases to ensure accurate project costing and keep records up to date.
  • Manage subcontractors and other assigned project resources.
  • Address customer complaints and work with the service manager to resolve issues.

Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to represent Perfectemp, Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public.
  • Ability to complete work on time and maintain organized records.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond to difficult situations with high-level professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills with vendors and coworkers.
