Job Summary

The Consumer Loan Administrator 1 plays a vital role in the success of Westfield Bank's consumer lending functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of loan documentation, servicing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Loan Documentation and Servicing: Prepare and modify loan documents, coordinate loan closings, and ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
  3. Loan Operation Systems: Establish and maintain accurate loan accounts, process loan transactions, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  4. Management Reporting: Provide regular reporting to management on loan performance and customer interactions.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in banking, loan documentation, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and loan documentation systems.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.
  4. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to read and accurately file documents.
  • Ability to travel as required.
