Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Loan Administrator 2 to join our team at Westfield Bank. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to loan documentation, customer relationship management, loan operation systems, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer commercial loan documentation, working closely with Loan Officers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process loan payments, loan payoffs, and collateral releases within established guidelines.
  • Utilize various software systems, including COCC, LaserPro, and nCino, to prepare documents, set up and maintain loans, and track exceptions.
  • Assist with management reporting, including tracking documentation exceptions, monitoring document request reports, and serving as a liaison between lender and borrower.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally, to include customer phone calls, research, and monitoring loan email inbox.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of banking experience, preferably in loan documentation or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of loan documentation principles, including title work, real estate, and commercial loans.
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and adaptability to various situations.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to read a standard type document and physically and accurately file.
