Regional Sales Manager for Critical Power Solutions

The Regional Sales Manager will direct and manage multiple sales channels supporting the Power Switching business to ensure growth targets are attained for all products, services & solutions in the specified region.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to close profitable orders for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) & Paralleling Switchgears (PSG). The successful candidate will also be responsible for executing annual detailed account strategies with OEM customers, iReps, channel partners, and key end-users in pursuit of top-line growth across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical power industry and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office essentials. Ability to travel regularly is also required.

- Develop and execute strategies to close profitable orders for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) & Paralleling Switchgears (PSG)
- Execute annual detailed account strategies with OEM customers, iReps, channel partners, and key end-users
- Manage multiple sales channels to ensure growth targets are attained for all products, services & solutions in the specified region
- Develop strategic end-user customer relationships with key decision-makers
- Ensure all orders are in strict compliance with ABB Risk Review Process
