Regional Sales Manager for Critical Power Solutions

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Abb Holdings Inc.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the southeastern region, focusing on the Power Switching business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and profitability in the assigned region.
- Manage a team of independent representative agents and external partners to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with multiple ABB sales teams and channel partners to drive sales directly with end-users and through general dealers, electrical contractors, distribution, and OEM accounts.
- Develop strategic end-user customer relationships and support complex contract negotiations.
- Ensure all orders are in strict compliance with ABB's Risk Review Process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and/or advanced business degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a successful track record and tangible results working with third-party channel partners, relevant consultants, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical power industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office essentials.
- Ability to travel regularly.
