Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming phone calls, internet requests, and scheduling appointments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and maintaining accurate sales documentation in our CRM system.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls to the department and schedule appointments
  • Answer all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership
  • Make phone calls to customers after they have visited the showroom to find out about their experience
  • Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products, and services via phone, email, text, or chat
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation in CRM
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Requirements
  • Clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice
  • Self-starter with customer service and/or telephone contact experience
  • Dependable and report to work every day on time
  • Friendly and upbeat with a likeable personality
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (writing and speaking) a plus
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule, which will include evening and Saturday hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
