Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, such as strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Enhance understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure favorable terms.
  • Work closely with various teams to support the development and launch of new products and services.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Preferably prior experience in B2B sales or restaurant technology sales
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
  • Demonstrated drive for acquiring new business
  • Experience in telemarketing and cold calling is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in project management
