About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional buying experience, and you will be rewarded for your efforts with a competitive salary, commission, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Present and explain vehicle options, features, and benefits
  • Work with customers to complete quotes and explain financing and leasing options
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong closing ability and ability to ask for the sale
  • Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills
