Job Summary

ATCS PLC is seeking a seasoned Transportation Construction Management professional to facilitate the delivery of construction projects and programs. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong project management and client experience to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver construction operations on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Support business development duties for major project/contract pursuits.
  • Serve as a constructability and QA/QC lead, refining the ATCS Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and ensuring its application across all offices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills and 25+ years of experience in managing construction operations.
  • Virginia PE license required; PE in additional ATCS markets preferred.
  • Demonstrated relationships with clients and local engineering firms, with exceptional client interface and service delivery skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Active in professional organizations, preferably with committee experience or leadership roles.
  • DOT project delivery experience in Virginia and Maryland is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
What We Offer

ATCS PLC offers a competitive salary range of $155,500 to $233,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual management bonus, with a target of 10% to 15% of the employee's annualized salary.
