Job Title: Knowledge Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Expert to join our team at Avolinq, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining applications that extract and compute data from our customers' database repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics solutions using Tableau and other applications to produce business insights and metrics.
  • Extract, correlate, analyze, and synthesize disparate data and metadata to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate and apply customer compliance policies and licenses related to data development and analytics.
  • Maintain a business analytics program for information review and release guidance development, quality assurance review, and capturing of guidance formulated into a production workflow improvement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in creating dashboards using Tableau to support business analytics and visibility into workflow.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing data analytics support, including metrics, metadata, batch tracking, and data validation.
  • Experience with data research and operational metrics queries.
  • Demonstrated skills with time management and meeting demanding and dynamic deadlines with accuracy.
  • Ability to work well with others and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with special projects, such as studies and/or special initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and providing presentations and delivering briefings.
  • Ability to work well with senior leadership to assist in understanding key data reporting requirements and key opportunities to leverage analysis of key data points.

MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph. No sponsorships or upgrades are available. Submissions without this requirement will not be considered.
