Job Overview

Keville Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join their rail-based program management team in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of applicable scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contractor baseline schedules and monthly contractor update schedules to identify potential delays and make recommendations for mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain program-level master schedules, including design schedules and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Attend schedule-related meetings with program/project management teams to discuss schedule issues and provide updates.
  • Prepare project status reports and cash flow forecasts to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and progress curves to track project progress.
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PE, CCM, PSP, or PMI certifications desired.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Construction, or Construction Management with a focus on scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Rail and Transit/Heavy Construction/Highway/Bridge/Water experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of construction scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
