Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Matrixx Charging System Specialist with extensive experience in the implementation of advanced charging systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of 3GPP supported charging solutions and demonstrate a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing architectural knowledge and tools related to the Matrixx Charging System.
  • Leading at least one successful implementation of the Matrixx Charging System.
  • Applying expertise in Matrixx Pricing Models, Catalog Configuration, and My Matrixx.
  • Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of the Matrixx Engine, including clusters and logical blades, as applied in previous projects.
  • Managing engine logs, conducting basic monitoring, and performing periodic maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in e-Diameter as per 3GPP standards and SIGTRAN protocols established by ETSI/IETF.
  • Implementing solutions for Active-Active high availability and geo-redundancy.
  • Utilizing hands-on experience with Linux and SQL to enhance system performance.
  • Proactively addressing customer needs to fulfill both commercial and functional requirements.
  • Facilitating and leading client workshops to outline effective implementation strategies.
  • Exhibiting a thorough understanding of industry-standard business practices within the telecommunications sector.
  • Delivering all phases of the project lifecycle independently, including design, build, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support, while showcasing best-practice consultancy capabilities.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and perform under pressure.
