Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct the installation crew in executing sophisticated audiovisual setups for high-end residential properties, including home theaters, media rooms, comprehensive audio systems, lighting control, and home automation.

2. Work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders to create and tailor AV solutions that align with their design preferences, lifestyle requirements, and technical specifications.

3. Perform on-site evaluations and assessments to determine the scope of work, identify potential obstacles, and formulate installation strategies and timelines.

4. Collaborate with project managers to coordinate installation schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget constraints.

5. Install, configure, and program audiovisual devices, control systems, and networking setups to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

6. Supervise cable management, equipment rack assembly, and device placement to achieve optimal performance and visual appeal.

7. Conduct testing and calibration of AV systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations regarding audio and video quality.

8. Provide practical training and technical assistance to homeowners on the use and upkeep of AV systems.

9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of installation processes, system configurations, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electronics, audiovisual technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

- At least 5 years of experience in the installation and configuration of luxury residential AV systems, particularly focusing on high-end audio and video equipment.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing installation teams in upscale residential environments.

- Proficient in interpreting architectural plans, AV schematics, and wiring diagrams.

- Extensive familiarity with luxury audiovisual brands, products, and technologies, including Savant, Control4, Lutron, Crestron, and Sonos.

- Skilled in programming control systems and automation platforms.

- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
