Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting Medicaid Providers in Montana. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge in Medicaid Provider assistance, medical eligibility, and claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a computerized system to address inquiries from Montana Medicaid providers in a call center setting, adhering to established scripts and protocols.
  • Collect relevant information, evaluate caller needs, investigate and resolve inquiries, and document interactions accurately.
  • Provide clear and concise updates regarding provider claim status, eligibility, and enrollment.
  • Follow established policies and procedures for call handling and escalation.
  • Act as an advocate for Medicaid providers to ensure their needs are effectively met.

  • Experience in a call center or professional office environment.

Additional Information:

  • Minimal physical requirements typical of an office environment, involving phone and keyboard use for extended periods.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is required.
