Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to support Medicaid Providers in Montana. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain insights into Medicaid Provider support, medical eligibility, and the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a computerized system to address inquiries from Montana Medicaid providers in a call center setting, adhering to established scripts and procedures.
  • Collect relevant information, evaluate caller needs, investigate and resolve inquiries, and document interactions.
  • Deliver clear and concise information regarding provider claim status, eligibility, and enrollment status.
  • Adhere to documented policies and procedures, including call handling and escalation protocols.
  • Act as an advocate for Medicaid providers to ensure their needs are effectively met.
