Job Overview

The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing business transactions using accounting software. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and generate reports for management.
  • Review AR Aging report weekly and investigate irregularities in incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial closings.
  • Communicate with internal customers and team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of college coursework in accounting; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience in an AP/AR or accounting role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct required.
