Job Description

Priority Financial Group is looking for a detail-oriented Concierge Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our financial advisors, including client interaction, administrative tasks, communication liaison, onboarding assistance, technical support, event coordination, training, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, offering prompt and professional assistance, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of advisor operations, handle scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative functions as required.
  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between advisors and internal departments, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new advisors, providing guidance on internal systems and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance with proprietary systems and tools utilized by financial advisors.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Events team to coordinate and support various events, meetings, and conferences involving financial advisors.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of advisors, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for advisors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with leading financial institutions such as Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, Vanguard, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, or Pershing is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in using various office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
