Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to lead our Critical Care Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing resources, and collaborating with the Chief Nursing Officer to set and implement standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Critical Care Services team, including ICU, PCU, and CVICU
- Develop and implement service development, personnel management, and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with the CNO to set and implement standards of care and practice
- Participate in hospital and medical committees to promote collaborative relationships among Nursing Services, the medical staff, and other departments
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Critical care experience required
- Knowledge of human resource management, program development, and fiscal management skills preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred
